In a continuous effort to improve the Sharks gameday experience, we’re excited to announce the launch of the new San Jose Sharks Mobile app.  The app will provide Sharks365 members a convenient and effective way to take advantage of member benefits.  The app will be a central part of your Sharks365 experience as we make the transition to digital ticketing.

ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT & ENTERING SAP CENTER: SHARKS MOBILE APP

*Feature only available on phone devices and not tablets.


Step 1:
Download the Official Sharks Mobile App, which is available on the App Store for iPhone or the Play Store for any Android device.  Search San Jose Sharks or click here.

Step 2: To access your account, select “Tickets” in the navigation menu located at the bottom of the app.  On Android devices, the navigation menu can be found at the upper left hand corner of the app.

Step 3: On the “Tickets” screen, select “Manage My Tickets”.  You can also select “Manage My Tickets” on the app home screen.

Step 4: Log into your account using the email address and password that you use to access your account on My Sharks Account.

Step 5: Once logged in, you will see a list of your ticketed events.  Select the event that you wish to attend.

Step 6: The tickets for the selected events will appear.  You can then scan the tickets at the ticket scanners upon entry to SAP Center.  If entering with multiple tickets on the app, swipe to navigate between tickets and scan each ticket separately.  For convenience, you can transfer tickets to each member of your party prior to entry into SAP Center.


TICKET TRANSFERS: SHARKS MOBILE APP

Step 1:

Step 6: Click the “Select” button in the top right hand corner of the app and select the seat(s) that you would like to transfer.  Then click the “Transfer” button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 7: Enter the name and email address of the transfer recipient and click “Done”.

Step 8: You will be asked to enter a message to the recipient (optional) and click “Complete Transfer”.

POST TICKETS FOR SALE: SHARKS MOBILE APP

Step 1:

Step 6: Click the “Select” button in the top right hand corner of the app and select the seat(s) that you would like to post for sale.  Then click the “Sell” button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 7: You will be asked to set your posting preferences over the next five screens.  The preferences include Pricing Method, Day/Time to Remove Posting, Allowing Splits, Credit Preference and Seat Details.

Step 8: Input the desired price that you would like to receive per ticket and hit the “Post For Sale” button.



ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNT & PRINTING YOUR TICKETS: DESKTOP

If smart phone entry is not an option, you can also print your tickets in advance directly from your My Sharks Account to any printer. However, please note that printers will not be available at SAP Center gates.



 

Step 1:
Visit sjsharks.com/mysharksaccount and log into your account using your account ID and password.
 

Step 2: Once logged into your account, click the “Manage My Tickets” button on the right. Select the appropriate game and click “manage this event.”



Step 3: Click the “Print-at-Home” button.

Step 4: Select the seats you wish to print, then click the “print” button in the upper right corner. To print tickets for additional games, click on “manage more tickets.”




Step 5: Confirm your selected seats and click “Continue to print”.



Step 6:
Agree to the terms of use and click “submit”.


Step 7: Pick up your tickets off your printer.



TICKET TRANSFERS: DESKTOP

You can send your season tickets and parking pass (if applicable) to anyone via email. Simply log into your My Sharks Account account and follow these steps:




Step 1:
Visit sjsharks.com/mysharksaccount and log into your account using your account ID and password.


 
Step 2: Click on “Manage My Tickets”.


Step 3: Go to the date of the event you wish you transfer.


Step 4: Click “Transfer Tickets”.


Step 5: Select which seats you’d like to transfer.


Step 6: Click “Transfer (# of seats)” button on the top right.


Step 7: On to pop-up notification, press “Continue To Transfer.”


Step 8: Enter the recipient’s contact information then press the “add” button.


Step 9:Choose the transfer recipient.


Step 10: You can write a message to the recipient, remind the recipient if they have not accepted the tickets and display the price on the ticket. Once you have selected your options, press “Next Step”.


Step 11: Read the terms of use and then if you agree, check the “I agree to the terms of use” box and complete the transfer.


POST TICKETS FOR SALE: DESKTOP




Step 1:
Visit sjsharks.com/mysharksaccount and log into your account using your account ID and password.


 
Step 2: Click on “Manage My Tickets”.


Step 3: Go to the date of the event you wish you post for sale.


Step 4: Click “Sell Tickets”.


Step 5: Select which seats you’d like to post for sale.


Step 6: Click “Post For Sale (# of seats)” button on the top right.


Step 7: On to pop-up notification, press “Continue To Post For Sale.”


Step 8: Input the your payout amount and set your posting preferences including Pricing Method, Day/Time to Remove Posting, Allowing Splits and Credit Preference.


Step 9: Read the terms of use and then if you agree, check the “I agree to the terms of use” box and hit the “Submit Listing” button.
