Address Changes
To change your address online, log in to “My Sharks Account” and select “Edit Profile”. You can update your address, phone number and email address in this area. If you are unable to make your changes online, you can submit your changes in writing to your Account Service Manager.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
With the high value of season tickets, we recommend that they be treated like cash and kept in a secure, private place under the care of one responsible individual.

If your tickets are lost or stolen, log in to “My Sharks Account” and use the Print or Transfer feature to replace your tickets. By reprinting or transferring your tickets, the original tickets will be invalidated and not eligible for entrance into the game. For more details on Ticket printing or transferring, go to sjsharks.com and select “Season Ticket Holders” under the “Tickets” tab.
Ticket Donation
You can donate your tickets from “My Sharks Account” for a tax write-off up to 3 ½ hours prior to game time. Tickets are donated to Operation Care and Comfort, an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization. For more information on Operation Care and Comfort, go to operationcareandcomfort.org.
Ownership of Seat Locations
The San Jose Sharks own and control all rights to seat locations for Sharks home games. Purchasers of any Sharks tickets obtain a license, in the form of a ticket, to use the seat location designated by the ticket. This license is granted on a game-by-game basis and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to tickets as established by the San Jose Sharks, SAP Center Management and the National Hockey League.
Season Ticket Holder of Record
Purchasers of season tickets and partial plans are assigned an account, and this account is generally maintained in the name of the purchaser. In the case of a business account, the purchaser must provide the San Jose Sharks with the contact person for the account. The name under which the account is maintained (account name) on the season ticket database is the “season ticket holder of record”.

A corporate account should be listed as the Jones Company, attention John Smith, in contrast to a personal account at a company, which would be listed as John Smith, the Jones Company. The season ticket holder is generally the person who pays for the tickets.

In the event a third party payment is accepted by the Sharks, such acceptance shall not give the third party any renewal or post-season privileges, or cause or require the Sharks to change the account name. The Sharks will treat the account holder as the purchaser of season tickets in such circumstances, including for the purposes of season ticket renewal. Any excess funds or overpayment will be refunded only to the season ticket holder of record. The San Jose Sharks reserve the right to make the final determination in the event of any dispute concerning who is the account holder or season ticket holder of record.
Account names may not be changed and seats may not be transferred from one account to another
The San Jose Sharks maintain a seniority system that rewards accounts for continued renewal season after season. In order to maintain the integrity of the seniority system, the San Jose Sharks do not allow the primary account name to be changed or seats to be transferred between accounts. Should a Season Ticket Holder want to name another person to manage their account, a secondary name can be added to the account as a “Care of” to allow access to the account and tickets. At anytime, the primary season ticket holder can resume managing control of their account with a written request to the San Jose Sharks.
Window #9
Go to Window #9 for all season ticket related issues on Sharks game dates such as lost tickets and physically challenged seat exchanges. Window #9 is near Will Call, next to the South Entrance, on the corner of Autumn and Santa Clara St. Window #9 opens 2 hours prior to Sharks games and closes at the end of the first intermission.
Full Season or SharkPak tickets may only be exchanged for physically challenged (WCA) seats for the date shown on the ticket at Window #9 on the day of the game starting two hours prior to game time. No other upgrades on Full Season tickets or SharkPak tickets are allowed. All physically challenged seat exchanges are subject to availability.
Will Call
Tickets may be left for pick-up by another person at Will Call at the SAP Center Ticket Office located on Autumn Street near Santa Clara Street. Picture ID will be required of anyone picking up tickets at Will Call and tickets will be released only to the individual named on the envelope. Will Call opens 2 hours before games and closes at the end of the second intermission.
Individual Game Tickets/Advance Sales
You can purchase individual game tickets at the SAP Center Ticket Office located on Autumn Street near Santa Clara Street. (Children 24 months and older must have ticket.)

Sharks individual game tickets can also be purchased at Ticketmaster outlets, charge online at ticketmaster.com or by phone at (800) 745-3000.

Tickets released for day-of-game sales will be available at the SAP Center Ticket Office as well as all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone and online.
On Sharks weekday game dates, the Ticket Office is open from 9:30 am (Saturday/Sunday at noon) until the end of the second intermission. The advance ticket windows inside SAP Center at the Santa Clara Street entrance are open from the time the doors open until the end of the second intermission. The Ticket Office and inside ticket windows are also open at all other (non-hockey) events at SAP Center.
Regulations Regarding Admission
The San Jose Sharks hereby grants the Holder of the ticket (Holder) admission to the San Jose Sharks hockey game upon the following conditions: The ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused anytime upon refunding the printed purchase price. The ticket must not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any federal, state or local law or regulation. Game times and dates are subject to change.

The Holder assumes all risks and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event and including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by hockey pucks and sticks, other spectators or players, or by thrown objects. The Holder agrees that SAP Center, SAP Center Management, the League, its officers and employees, the participating clubs, their officers, players, employees and agents are expressly released by the Holder for claims arising from such causes. The Holder shall not use admission to the San Jose Sharks hockey game to generate publicity for the purpose of promoting and/or marketing other entities, events, and/or personalities without the prior written consent of the San Jose Sharks. The Holder further agrees to abide by the policies of SAP Center and the instructions of SAP Center personnel or be subject to revocation of the license created by the ticket without refund. By the purchase of the ticket and attendance at the event, the Holder consents to the use and broadcast of his image, without payment of consideration, in any news broadcast, commercial broadcasts, advertising or promotional publicity for the San Jose Sharks or SAP Center.

The Holder acknowledges and agrees that he/she will not film, tape or take pictures of the event or the Sharks name, mark or logo without prior express written approval of the Sharks and will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event or any portion thereof.
Passenger Drop-Off and Pick-Up
There is no stopping on Santa Clara Street in front of SAP Center. Passenger Drop-Off and Loading Zone areas are located across the street on the West side of Montgomery Street (across from The Grill at SAP Center) and the West side of Autumn Street (across from SAP Center South Entrance). Please use these areas when dropping off or picking up passengers for Sharks games and SAP Center events.
Season Ticket Holders with prepaid parking passes should display the parking pass on the rearview mirror upon entering any SAP Center parking lots and should display the pass until leaving the lot. Parking lots at SAP Center open two and one-half hours prior to game time. All Lower Bowl and Rim seat holders have the option of prepaying for their parking on a season basis, therefore guaranteeing them a parking space in the SAP Center lots. As a result, it may be necessary to divert non-prepaid vehicles to other parking facilities in the area. Your cooperation with San Jose Police Officers and parking lot attendants is appreciated. In addition, for emergency purposes, please do not park in the fire lane or in non-designated locations at any time. Vehicles that are parked illegally are subject to towing. Prepaid parking privileges may be revoked if misused. There is no tailgating allowed. San Jose City Ordinance prohibits open alcoholic beverages in the parking lots.
In accordance with San Jose City Ordinances, SAP Center is a smoke-free building. Smoking is prohibited in the building including restrooms, The Club, The Grill and Citrix Suites. Anyone wishing to smoke will be able to step outside the designated exits during the games and re-enter SAP Center with their Sharks ticket.
Taking still photographs for personal use is permitted at SAP Center during Sharks games utilizing lenses not exceeding 6” in length. Camera equipment must be unobtrusive, not block sight lines of other guests and not restrict the free movement of guests throughout the seating areas. No video or audio recorders are allowed.
No bottles, cans or alcoholic beverages may be brought into the building; all persons and packages are subject to inspection. Alcohol service on the Concourse Level is discontinued at the end of the second intermission. Although The Club continues selling alcohol through the post-game, alcohol is not allowed into the Bowl after five minutes into the third period.
Signs and Banners
Signs and Banners are allowed within SAP Center as long as they fall within the following guidelines:
  • The sign/banner does not impair the view of other guests (20x30 inches).
  • Information contained on sign/banner is not of a nature that could be construed as vulgar, offensive, graphic or outside of what the community standard would consider in “good taste".
  • Hanging of signs/banners does not damage the building’s walls, paint, railings, etc.
  • Signs may not contain advertising.
The Sharks want to provide you with the highest quality entertainment experience at SAP Center. We encourage enthusiasm but discourage bad language and any behavior which makes others uncomfortable. We reserve the right to expel guests whose behavior seriously affects the ability of others to enjoy the game. Continued behavior seriously affecting the ability of others to enjoy the game may result in a loss of season ticket renewal privileges. Please notify a Guest Services Attendant if you experience any difficulties. You may also use our Text Assist program by texting your seat location + message to 69050.
As a show of hockey etiquette, and as a courtesy to others, we ask that you wait until there is a stoppage of play before leaving or returning to your seat. Also, please refrain from leaning forward as it may obstruct the view of others seated behind you.
ADA Information
The Sharks and SAP Center Management are sensitive to the needs of physically challenged people both in the design of SAP Center and in our policies. Seating for the physically challenged is available on full season, partial plan and single game basis throughout SAP Center in a broad variety of prices and locations.
